Psychometric Evaluation


We value psychometrics in any rigorous recruitment process. In 2021 we chose to become Hogan certified through the team at Winsborough. We have used a lot of assessments over the years but what we love about Hogan’s is that it is not a self-assessment tool, rather it predicts personality from the outside- how others see you.


The Hogan assessments holistically assess individuals’ personality and identify strengths and weaknesses, underlying values, and motivators, and even career “derailers” and the proclaimed “dark side” of personality. As a certified assessor, we can offer our clients a very affordable but effective tool inhouse to add to the evaluation process. If getting the right person and team fit is important to you, this is a no brainer.

Internal Recruitment


Clients often ask us to assess their internal talent alongside externals or as a stand-alone process. Internals and externals are taken through the same structured BEI interview and given interview and career development feedback (written or verbal). This has been of great value to the internal candidates whilst equally allowing objectivity in a decision process for clients. Benchmarking your internals can add to your understanding of your team, challenge your thinking, and assist with developmental planning.

Flexible ways of working


Flat Or Capped Fees:

Does the percentage model work for you? Why should you pay more for a role because the salary is higher? Some of the most challenging assignments are the engine room roles. The process is the same so why are you paying more? We can offer clients flat or capped fees to allow for increasing market salaries with talent shortages. Our clients pay for the work they have agreed on with no surprises at the end.

Hourly Rate Recruitment and Project fees

If a full recruitment fee is outside the budget, why not hand over part of it, or have the entire process managed for an hourly rate or agreed project fee. Hand it over to a specialist who has the systems and experience to protect your brand, responding and managing candidates with care.
